Who can't resist a Buy1-Take 1 offer for Betty Crocker's Low Fat Fudge Brownie?! Not me! I used one of the boxes this week to make my brownies with Snickers slices on top! The caramel in the Snickers added some more gooey-ness to the brownies! I ate it, again, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream(not in photo)!
Finally got to taste cardamom! I have seen this spice in a number of baked good recipes so it has made me wonder how it tastes. Luckily, I was given these Belvita waffle-cookies with cardamom spice. Cardamom for me is a bit ginger-y and minty at the same time. Enjoyed it with my favorite green tea.Unfortunately, it is not so common in this part of the world.

Spoon sauce over the mamon and let it soak for 15 minutes or more. Eat this with some sliced kiwis just to lessen the guilt!!?
