Banana-Pear Crumble

I decided to whip up a quick dessert yesterday. I got my sweetened bananas and a pear. I cut up both and placed them in four pyrex cups. Make sure to include the syrup of the sweetened bananas (cardava bananas or saba). Then I made some quick crumble topping:
1/4 cup instant oatmeal
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces

Mix the oatmeal,flour and sugar. Using a pastry blender cut in the butter into the flour until you form pea-like crumble. Sprinkle the crumbs to cover the fruits. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. The fruits in the syrup will get very, very hot, so make sure that you cool this off first before eating. Make this divine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!
