Green Beans and Beef Noodles

'Had this one-dish meal today and looved it!

1/4 kilo sirloin, sukiyaki cut
1 pack egg noodles (pancit canton noodles will do, good for 4 people))
1/4 kilo monggo bean sprouts
around 10 pieces green beans, sliced into 1.5 inches length
1/2 of a medium onion, sliced
4 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp black pepper

Marinade liquid:
   1 teaspoon soy sauce
   2 tablespoons oyster sauce
   1 teaspoon sesame oil

1. Shred a bit more the sirloin strips. Make the marinade liquid. Marinade the sirloin strips for about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir fry the sirloin strips. Set aside.
3. In another pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil. Saute the onion. Add the green beans and monggo sprouts. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add the noodles. Add 1/4 cup water or less (depending on how much noodles you are using). Add the soy sauce, fish sauce and black pepper (to taste). Let the noodles cook until soft.
Eat right away!!!
