So Easy Cookie-Spread Cookies

Riding on with the speculoos cookie spread craze,  I used the 5-ingredient-Chocolate-Cookie recipe of Fabio Viviani to make my cookie spread cookies. I changed though some ingredients to make it 'healthier'.

Cookie Spread Cookies

  • 1 cup Lotus Biscuit Spread Crunchy (click here for picture)
  • 1 piece medium egg
  • 3/4 cup of half all- purpose flour & half rolled oats flour(grind rolled oats until fine in a food processor)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • some coarse pink salt
Cooking Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixer, combine the biscuit spread and egg.
  4. Add the all purpose flour and rolled oats flour and sugar.
  5. Scoop the dough (about 1 tablespoon) onto the cookie sheet.
  6. Sprinkle some salt on top of the cookie dough.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. Cool and enjoy!
