Pan-Fried Fish with Peanut Sauce

Peanut Sauce:
  • 3 T peanut butter
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • fish sauce, to taste

  • 2 pcs of sole fish, fillet
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:
Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add garlic, cook until fragrant. Add peanut butter and stir. Drizzle chicken broth thinning out the peanut butter. Simmer for 1 minute. Set aside.

For the Fish:
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.Fry until done.

Serve fish on top of noodles or rice. Better if flat noodles are used. Enjoy!
